Cupric Canyon Capital (Cupric, or the Company) holds a 100% interest in the Khoemacau Copper Project in the Kalahari Copper Belt of Botswana, and in 2015 acquired the adjacent Boseto licenses and mining complex.
Khoemacau Copper Mining now controls a 4,040 square kilometre package across the most prospective region of the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana, with ongoing exploration targeting multiple high-grade copper production sources.
Cupric is led by a uniquely qualified and experienced Leadership Team. The Company is privately owned by management and funds advised by Global Natural Resource Investments (GNRI).
GNRI was formed by a management buyout of the former Barclays Natural Resource Investments private equity business from Barclays Bank PLC in October 2015. GNRI is focused on investing in the global natural resources sector, specifically on mining, upstream oil and gas (excluding the US), associated services and power.
